I understand and acknowledge that an agritourism entity is not liable for any injury or death of an agritourism participant resulting from agritourism activities. I understand I have accepted all risk of injury, death, property damage and other loss that may result from agritourism activity.

I understand that this ticket is final sale (no refunds), weather reliant, required for all ages 1 & up and is valid for a single time entry into to Merry on Main for the date you indicated.

By entering Devine Acres Farm you consent to your photograph being used, without compensation, in conjunction with Devine Acres Farm advertising and all media.

We are a smoking and vaping free farm. For safety and health purposes, along with being courteous to all guest, smoking is only allowed in the parking lot.

I understand that outside food and drink is not allowed on the farm (with the exception of a birthday cake).

I understand that the only dogs allowed on the farm are service animals with proper credentials, vest and a leash. Any animals that do not meet this criteria must be left in your vehicle.
